Contemporary Pilates is based on the original work of Joseph Pilates, which has been adapted to fit with modern scientific research regarding proper biomechanics.
Classes are limited to 12 people, less than half of what other studios allow, as we are committed to personalized attention.
In our blend of Vinyasa flow and Anusara-inspired yoga classes, our instructors place equal importance on mindfulness, proper alignment, and strength.
We hold various nutrition programs throughout the year with certified nutrition coaches and dietitians.
