Yoga & Nutrition on Maiden Lane

For the next 10 weeks, leading up to the Yoga for Hope event on Union Square in San Francisco, Maiden Lane Studios will be publishing our 10 Weeks of Wellness™ series, produced by Lauren, our passionate yoga and Booty Barre teacher, community activist, and all around foodie.

10 Weeks of Wellness™ features a weekly restorative yoga pose for better health and a weekly tip on nutritious eating. 10 Weeks of Wellness™ is inspired by Maiden Lane Studios’ and Lauren’s involvement in Yoga for Hope, a cause that draws awareness to the life-saving organization, City of Hope, a research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening diseases.

Though Maiden Lane Studios provides nutritional & fitness information to our clients as part of our overall wellness program, the 10 Weeks of Wellness™ series is our way of helping anyone who is looking for a good place to start for improving their overall health & fitness.
