This fun, high-energy, and results driven class combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the full-body, sculpting aspects of Booty Barre. In just 40-minutes, GRGT Barre will get your heart pumping and tone the entire body, while still moving with form and precision. Inspired by our ever-popular GRGT™ (get right, get tight™) Pilates Circuit Bootcamp class, get the benefits of HIIT, including burning more calories and increasing strength, stamina, and agility, than with traditionally paced exercise. With our expertise and knowledge on correct, functional movement, this class is both highly effective and safe. All levels welcome.
