“I have been practicing Pilates since 2006, and the program at Maiden Lane Studios is hands down the best I have ever experienced. Every class emphasizes precision and functionality in a way that has brought my strength and fitness to a whole new level, and the endlessly creative approach to contemporary Pilates ensures I am always challenged and never bored.
“The team at Maiden Lane Studios takes pride in creating an environment that is welcoming, fun, and supportive for new clients and long-time regulars alike. Each instructor is dedicated to bringing out the best in every student, no matter his or her level. Visiting Maiden Lane Studios is both a treat and an essential part of my health and wellbeing.”

“I love Maiden Lane Studios. The locations, the interior and the instructors are all top notch. I come here as often as I can with my work schedule. I will be moving next month and will miss Maiden Lane so much. This is one of the best pilates studios I have worked out in including places in NY and LA. Keep up the great work ladies!”

“Fact. I’m obsessed with Maiden Lane Studios. Not in the creepy, restraining order type of way…but in the go 6-times a week type of way. I’ll be honest, I never truly got the whole barre craze…until coming here. The classes are amazing (to the credit of the kick-ass instructors), and the studio is absolutely beautiful. I’ve tried other barre classes in the city and felt bored because they seemed the same, class after class. Not here. Every class challenges you and each instructor has something great to offer. I also LOVE that they offer more than just barre. Yoga, check. Pilates, check. It’s a dream studio come true.
“You definitely get your money worth here. Small class sizes, friendly staff that actually know your name, and a spa-like ambiance that can’t be beat.
“Maiden Lane Studios, you rock!”
Farrell | San Francisco
“I hesitated to write a review since I don’t want to give this gem away to too many people (!), but the owners and instructors deserve one. I’ve been taking Pilates reformer and Booty Bar classes for a few weeks now and have been so impressed by the caliber of the instructors, the immaculate studio (with great amenity perks like tea/coffee), and the condition/quality of the equipment. The reformer classes are never the same, and are modified for the three people in the class that day. I’m definitely singing the praises of this studio to friends, and now the Yelp community!”
Eric | San Francisco
“I have never tried Yoga in my life so Maiden Lane Studios was referred to me by my colleagues. After taking their advice, I decided to schedule an appointment. This place is AMAZING! The studio is pristine and very open and inviting. The team is very professional and accommodating from the moment you schedule an appointment to moment you finish your class.
“Lauren is the best yoga instructor anyone could ask for. She is very patient but thorough and clear in her instructions. Knowing it was my first time, she even explained the origin of Yoga so I could understand all aspects. I am really amazed by Lauren’s passion which truly inspires me to not only continue with her direction in yoga but also just focus on being a better person in life. Lauren is incredible.”
“Overall, I would strongly suggest Maiden Lane Studios to everyone because there are only positive results waiting and yours to have.”
Candace | San Francisco
“Best booty barre class with my work family…burnin bunzz! The booty barre class with Alexis was awesome! Very sweet lady checked us in, the staff had great energy and the studio was very cute, clean and vibrant. I love that they have lockers available and they limit the people in class to 14. Awesome studio!”
Susan| San Francisco
“The studio is posh, clean, and has a calming effect on me. My Pilates instructor, Naimah, rocks! She is as good as they come. Truly caring of my progress and never rushes me out the door. I’ve had other trainers (not Pilates) in the past, and in the beginning, the trainers were all really good, but as time went by, they slacked off, I can tell because they would stare off somewhere or not paying attention to how my body was moving. One even cheated me by half an hour though I paid her for the full hour. Naimah always focuses on me, and every muscle I fire up (or not fire up), she catches. Amazing! I’ve been here since July 2013, so far so good.
“This is the place to go!
Lisette| San Francisco
“This is a studio where you can feel right at home immediately. It’s aesthetically pleasing, very well kept and the extra touches – tea, fresh fruit, clean towels, lockers, chocolates after class… are ways that the studio really goes the extra mile in a way that’s unusual for other studios I’ve been to.
“I’ve tried cardio barre, pilates reformer and barre om. I really like the first two classes as I really felt like I was working out – for barre the best teacher is Naimah, she really motivates you and is super fun.
“While class costs have prevented me from coming regularly (and sometimes schedules don’t work out for me), I will definitely aim to come here when I can – location is also very convenient for me.”
Jill | San Francisco
Maiden Lane Studios is the absolute best for Pilates and Barre Classes in San Francisco. I was introduced to the studio last year through lululemon and so glad I found my go-to place for an incredible strength training workout. It’s like you’re in someone’s living room as the decor and feel of the place is so gorgeous and inviting.
“Not only is the studio beautiful but the team there is fantastic. Kelsey and Naimah are serious kick-ass instructors and I recommend them to all of my clients. They are full of heart yet push you to your fullest potential at the same time.
“I absolutely love the reformer classes as they have changed my body so quickly. My core has never looked this good! So grateful for these ladies!”
JB | San Francisco
“I will confess that I have only been for one private pilates session so far, but I am absolutely in love with the studio and the reformers. The reformers are newer and nicer than other machines I have encountered around the city.
“I went for a private pilates session and went to the 3rd floor to check in with Lauren. She was very nice and welcoming, gave me the paperwork and had to listen to my sniffles while I filled it out (my nose reacts weird when going from cold to warm air).
“After Lauren greeted me, I was then shown down to the second floor where the reformers are and where the pilates studio area is. I cannot rave enough about how cute this place is. “
I am looking forward to trying out both the Barre and Yoga classes offered here (and will be continuing my pilates!), as the instructors are all nice and welcoming. Which, I will say I have had some bad experiences with certain Marina studios (which I avoid).”
“So happy I found this place! Thank you Yelp!”
Gay W. | San Marcos
“I bought a 5-pack of private Pilates sessions while I was in town for a conference in the hopes a daily workout would stave off stiffness from too many hours sitting in meetings. I chose Maiden Lane Studios based on yelp reviews. I was a little worried about whether or not I’d receive the same energy and attention as other clients, since I wouldn’t be returning to the studio when my sessions were up, but I needn’t have been. From the moment I first arrived, I felt welcomed, and each of the 4 trainers I worked with made an effort to get to know me, my needs, and to adapt my workout to where I was in that moment. I felt like every minute of each session was used to its fullest, and I left feeling renewed and rejuvenated (and with that great just-worked-out feeling). I’m sad they’re too far for me to go back on a regular basis!
“Maiden Lane Studios is clean, well-appointed, with the latest in Pilates equipment. The instructors are knowledgeable, gracious and encouraging, and sticklers for correct form (as well they should be), and they push you to your limits but not over, which is right where I like to be. The classes looked awesome, but for me, with some injuries to rehab, the one-on-one sessions were better suited (and also worked better with squeezing in sessions during mid-day breaks).
“Highly recommended.”

“Wow. I wanted to take a class at an SF studio and I wasn’t disappointed.
“I found this place close to the hotel I was staying at. 5-star reviews and class times that allowed me to practice before hitting the airport? I was sold.
“The place is in a tucked away street that houses some cool boutiques and other upscale businesses. You walk through a set of double doors that almost makes it seem like a “Choose Your Own Adventure” book. In this edition, you are to proceed straight. Make sure to hit the elevator button first, wait for the ding and then open the door. I had trouble with this at first- just because I didn’t read the instructions very well.
“I proceeded to the second floor where a nice woman welcomed me and asked questions of where I was and what kind of yoga I did. The teacher for this session was Lauren- she said she was a new instructor, but she seemed like a total natural and had been doing it it for years. She led us through some Sun Salutations and balances while doing some core strengthening as well. I was sweating (as always), but felt so open and stretched out by the end of it.
“She was very patient, explained each pose and made us do a great flow. The hour and 15 that we practiced seemed quick and I was actually hoping for more. Next time, maybe I’ll take two classes.”
“This is a super small and wonderful studio. I was automatically attracted to how bright the space was. The room is covered in mirrors so you can see yourself. I hadn’t had much practice with mirrors, but it really gives you a chance to check out your postures and see if you’re bending or moving more than you’re supposed to. I REALLY loved that the studio was surrounded by windows, which they had open, so we got to feel that cool SF air flow through. Though it might be distracting for some to hear the traffic from the nearby street, I thought it was an awesome element.
“When I’m in SF, I’ll definitely be taking more classes. They provide towels, mats, water, blocks and blankets if you need them. You even get to use the fancy Lululemon mats- so it’s definitely has an upscale feel. If it’s your first time, the class is only $15, then it’s $25 for each drop in after that.”
Mary | Walnut Creek
“Beautiful, uber clean and most importantly an amazing talented and caring staff to make your every goal a reality. I have some very specific needs and have been challenged and accommodated beyond my expectations. Would never consider anywhere else – Kelsey and the entire team are simply amazing to work with and be around. They create a supportive and positive environment unlike any other studio I’ve tried. Love it here!”
Elle | San Francisco
I love this studio! It has everything I look for in a studio, and more. Beautiful and extremely well kept. The little touches that I truly appreciate include tea and fresh fruit, clean hand towels and toiletries in the restroom. (not that I use them, I come well equipped for my morning prep… But they really go the extra mile here)
“I’ve been to three different classes so far. Barre Om was a nice combination of barre and yoga with light weights. Perfect for someone like me, who yoga is a little slow paced for. I got my stretching and strengthening in, plus the killer barre workout.
Booty Barre was more intense than Om, and it was exactly what I needed that eve. Left my legs trembling and class was over before I realized my butt had been kicked. I could see the little booty “bump” on my backside the next day, as promised. 🙂
“Pilates Apparatus is my preferred exercise. Today was my first in this studio. I have been to studios all over the country… And this one is at the top of my list. I’ve never had so much attention without paying for private sessions. I look forward to seeing how the classes are changed up etc. I’m so glad I came here.
“A special thanks to the amazing staff and wonderful owner. I’ve just met these ladies and they have been incredibly welcoming.”
Elizabeth | San Francisco
“I am so grateful to have found Maiden Lane Studios and am happy to call it one of my homes away from home. I started out with Booty Barre which kicks my butt, literally. The energy I get from it is addictive (in a good way!). I have been recovering from an ankle injury/surgeries over the last year and Kelsey and the team have been excellent at providing me modifications and motivating me to keep going. I’ve moved on to the Pilates Apparatus classes which have been challenging but awesome. Every class is adapted to the participants injuries or weaknesses so no class is exactly the same!
“MLS doesn’t just have exercise classes! I completed the two week detox with their in-house nutritionist, Lorin. Lorin is so sweet, knowledgable, and encouraging. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
“The studio. Gorgeous! I love the grays, whites, and orange accents. Everything is clean, sleek, and inviting. Love!
“Overall, MLS is the best workout venue I have ever worked out at. I love the small class sizes and the amazing instructors and owners. All of them have amazing bodies, thanks to the MLS classes, but are incredibly down to earth and fun. Highly recommended for anyone from the person who hasn’t worked out for years to the person who works out everyday.”
Trisha | San Francisco
“I’m the kind of girl who gave reformer pilates a try because Cayce Pollard was a fan — so I tend to have strong opinions. One year and just over a hundred classes later, I’ve studied with seven instructors in five studios in three countries in two languages (the words for “neutral” and “imprinted” seem like they’d be easy to pick out in Züritüütsch, but no,) …and so it is with considerable formed opinion that I say that Maiden Lane Studios is absolutely lovely.
“Kelsey is a talented teacher, and that’s the most important part. She understands breath, ribcage, spine, shoulderblades, hip rotation, and all the other subtle corrections that make pilates effective and powerful — and more so, she understands the way to describe the adjustments in metaphors or precise words to get the appropriate understanding and effect from her students.
“Her teaching skill alone would be enough to convince me to switch my classes to Maiden Lane Studios. But on top of that, the studio itself is gorgeous — the Allegro by Balanced Body equipment is sparking new, well maintained, and easier to use than the Stott reformers I’m used to, the soundtrack of Florence and the Machine and Feist is a nice baseline, and the entire space is cleanly designed with luxury and beauty in mind. Aces all around.”
Ashley | San Francisco
“Wow. I’m *STILL* feeling pumped 4 hours after my frist Booty Barre class this morning! This studio is fantastic and booty barre is seriously fun. I’d definitely recommend taking the 8:30am class with Naimah. She’s an awesome teacher and totally kept me motivated throughout the class (even when it was kicking my ass).
“I particularly like the location and space of Maiden Lane Studios. It’s clean, bright, and very welcoming. Excited to make visits here a regular part of my workout week!”
Jane | San Francisco
“TAKE THE BOOTY BARRE CLASS. It’ll kick your booty, literally.
“I am admittedly not an athlete. I’ve been lucky enough to have my Mom’s genes, but I decided this year to make a lifestyle change to get healthy and fit. That’s where MLS comes in.
“Right around the corner from my office, I have absolutely no excuse to skip out on classes nor would I want to. The small classes are great for getting that extra attention on form and all the instructors are so so encouraging. I’ve taken classes with Kelsey, Stephanie, and Naimeh – all have different styles but will consistently work our every muscle in your body. Plus the studio is lovely. If I can do Booty Barre and Pilates and look like any of them, I’m sold.
“Trying out the 14 Day Detox with a friend next week. Love that they have a holistic view of health that encompasses nutrition and exercise. You have to check it out!”
Christina | San Francisco
“I am not super athletic. I have never been able to stick to a fitness plan for longer than a month or two before getting bored. It has now been over a year and I visit the lovely studio on Maiden Lane twice a week for Barre and Pilates Apparatus (it is my new obsession). The last year has completely changed my body. I’ve always been petite, but now I feel lean, strong and flexible. I honestly cannot say enough good things about a place that has given me a new outlook on health and well being, both physically and mentally. Thank you, MLS Ladies!”
Christine | San Francisco
“I was looking for a yoga studio near my office and found Maiden Lane. There are only a handful of yoga classes each week, with their focus more on pilates and barre but the candlelit yoga class with Jacqueline was great! I’m very out of practice and this was a great way to welcome me back to yoga. Jacqueline’s was very direct about posture and the class was small enough that she could focus on each of us and make minor adjustments.
“The studio itself is very clean and everyone is friendly and respectful. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming.
“Tip: Complimentary mats and towels are provided–perfect if you don’t want to lug your gear around town.”
Robecta | San Francisco
“Unlike other Pilates/Yoga/Barre studios I have visited, Maiden Lane Studios evoke a sense of serene elegance once you step into the door. The decor of the studio is simple and modern. It immediately sweeps you away from the noisy Union Square/downtown area.
“I have taken classes with almost all the instructors and they are all well versed in their skills.
“I would highly recommend anybody to try out the studio.”
Lindsay | Los Angeles
“Oh how I love you MLS! I was in sf for work and was dying to get a good workout in. Living in socal I have tried some of the best pilates and barre studios LA has to offer, and while I have my faves after going to MLS I left wishing there was one down by me. From the overall look and vibe of the space (so luxe and clean!) to the intimacy of the studio, and personal attention and quality of the staff (Kelsey is INCREDIBLE and if I can get my body to look half as good as hers, I might just make the move to SF!), my experience at MLS was nothing short of perfect. And to top it all off, I woke up the next morning with a sore booty, abs, arms which is the sure sign that I had a killer workout.
“Thanks MLS and looking forward to my next trip to SF so I can experience it all over again!”
Michelle | San Francisco
“I couldnt say enough good things about this studio. It looks like a beautiful art studio with a view of downtown Union Square, yet the vibe is so comfortable and the people are so nice. They offer the full package and pretty much any workout you want to achieve that day….they even offered a nutrition seminar there with their nutritionist.
“I’ve done candlelit yoga with Stephanie and it was the great way to end a day….not to mention the classes are small enough where you almost get private instruction from her so I walked out with better form and definitely feeling the workout.
“I’ve also tried the Apparatus class with Naimah…wow. I was sore for 3 days and couldn’t remember the last time I had a better workout. I also love her energy…she makes it a lot of fun. I’m going to make it a bi-weekly routine.
“Definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s already into this stuff or just trying to start out!”
Teri | San Francisco
“While they do not have as many yoga classes as Pilates, barre, etc.-I know I am getting my monies worth for each and every one! I’ve taken several classes w/ Stephanie and really enjoy her style. While you are working hard-she is giving constant encouragement and specific alignment instructions. Adore her ‘hands on’ of teaching.
“The studio is nice and small which I prefer. Love the online booking process.
“Def recommend!”
Jessica | San Francisco
“Love this place! So far I’ve only been for Booty Barre classes, but looking forward to candlelit yoga and pilates, and I’m signed up for a “flat belly” workshop this week (perfect because I have a Vegas pool party coming up!) I have a Crunch membership, but mixing this is in is the perfect compliment to their classes and my regular cardio.
“So Booty Barre…Kelsey is truly awesome. She’s one of those people who was born to be an instructor, not to mention her body is BANGIN, so that alone is motivation! She switches it up every class, and I love it because you get barre exercises, abs, and free weights along with a little pilates all in one class. And you SWEAT…it’s a damn good workout. She also kills it with the music, which makes it that much more fun.
“Another great thing about MLS is the ambiance and decor- so chic and bright. They also sell really cute workout gear AND jewelry, so I find myself browsing after every class…perfect way to spend an evening.”
Teresa | San Francisco
“Maiden Lane Studios is a much-needed addition to the San Francisco fitness world. I’ve tried them all – Bar Method, Pilates ProWorks’ barre class, you name it, I’ve probably tried it. For the past few months, I have been looking for a workout that is challenging, fun, and targets all the right spots – thank goodness for MLS and Kelsey!
“The Booty Barre class is the perfect full body workout. As a former collegiate athlete, I can guarantee you that no matter what your fitness level is, you WILL be challenged, you WILL sweat, your muscles WILL be exhausted, and you WON’T get bored. I’m getting married in less than two months and even though I am swamped with wedding planning right now, I make time for Booty Barre every week. When I leave class, I know that I spent the last hour toning everything from my arms to my abs to my legs and it will definitely pay off when it’s time to get in that dress!
“Aside from the classes, another one of the best things about MLS is the studio itself. The location is drop dead gorgeous from the second you turn onto Maiden Lane and see the big orange awning. I love checking out all the workout clothes they have for sale, and I even picked up one of their sweet MLS white SIGG canteen water bottles last week. I adore this place!”
Raphael | San Francisco
“A true treasure in San Francisco. The studio is in a great location and as beautiful as it gets.
“Kelsey is one of the best Pilates instructors in the Bay area. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body. There is a reason athletes seek out Reformer classes. The variation of strength conditioning and stretching routines are endless.
I’m 6’5” and found Pilates on the Reformer machine to great way to rehabilitate after back surgery. The combination of core strengthing and stretching was exactly what I needed to get back into shape.
Also, if you like Yoga, you’ll love Stephanie and her Candlelight Yoga classes. The classes have a wonderful flow and energy to them.
“I’d highly recommend to both the avid practitioner and novice alike.”
Jill | San Francisco
“I can’t say enough great things about Maiden Lane Studios. Between it’s amazing teachers, gorgeous ambiance, perfect location on Maiden Lane, and it’s continual ability to kick my butt, I’m hooked. I take both Reformer Pilates and Booty Barre from Kelsey and Stephanie. They are both phenomenal.
“I love the fast paced Booty Barre classes with Kelsey – especially Bubbly at the Barre on Saturdays. Who doesn’t love a glass of champagne to congratulate themselves on kicking off a Saturday on the right foot?! Kelsey always brings a new challenge to each class complimented by an ever-changing musical playlist. Perfection.
“I also take Reformer Pilates from both Stephanie and Kelsey. I am new to pilates, and I don’t think I could have chosen a better time or place to begin. They are very patient with newbs, and they WORK you! I am now obsessed with pilates, and to top it all off, I am finally getting a butt. 😉
“Thank you, Maiden Lane!”
Tina | San Francisco
“Unlike other Pilates/Yoga/Barre studios in SF, Maiden Lane Studios is definitely a step above. From the beautiful, modern decor, to the newer equipment, great instructors, and overall quality of this studio, I rate it 5 stars. The instructors are very knowledgable and keep the class sizes very intimate to give you that 1:1 treatment to set you up to succeed. I’ve tried Booty Barre and Pilates and both were some of the best I’ve tried. Kelsey and her team are doing a great job establishing this studio as one of the premiere places in SF to practice Pilates, Yoga and Barre . I highly recommend this studio, you will not be disappointed.”
Jaymie | Daly City
“My sister and I just took a Pilates reformer class with Naima. She is just amazing. She explained all the moves to us in a very calm and descriptive manner. The class was a lot of fun, but some moves are tough for a beginner. Naima though was a lot of fun and she has a great sense of humor. She totally put as at ease. We will definitely come back in the future.”
Sara | El Sobrante
“I am in SF for the week to attend a prep course for the Patent Bar Exam, and was looking for a studio to go on my lunch break. I was recommended to Maiden Lane Studios by a fellow yogi at Calvin Klein. The studio is adorable, and the instructors are personable, efficient and welcoming (Lauren and Stephanie) 🙂 I’ve only done the barre tone express class, and it kicked by butt! I plan to explore more classes as the week goes on. For those of you new to SF (or here for business and need a stress relief)…try this spot! First class is only $15!”
Alexis | San Francisco
“Maiden Lane Studios is heaven sent to SF! As a certified Pilates instructor and former college athlete I am VERY picky when it comes to joining a private studio and finding a class and teachers who challenge you, can teach you something new and are not afraid to help you take your body to the next level. The ladies at MLS are amazing. They are so welcoming, have created a high end experience – who wouldn’t love going to their class in Maiden Lane over looking the most charming street Downtown – and know their stuff!
“The Booty Barre class is no joke, I’m obsessed – Kelsey is ridiculously amazing and makes class fun, fast and HARD! I love it! What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like an overcrowded studio where you are just “someone” who signed up for class. They know you by first name, modify moves for your needs and once I’m there I never want to leave.
“I recommend MLS to anyone who is looking for a unique experience, a class that will give them a full body makeover and walk away wanting more. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and look forward to trying the other classes – oh did I mention they have a resident nutritionist too?
“If you are in doubt, try it – I promise you wont be disappointed.”
BF | Woodland
“Maiden Lane Studios (MLS) is right around the corner from my work and in a super cute area downtown. The decor is beautiful and makes it feel like a spa but the instructors make sure that you put in work and get a sweat going. In my experience, some of the other pilates and group classes I’ve taken elsewhere can be awkward and impersonal but at MLS I feel welcome and like we’re in it together. The instructors make it fun with great music and give personal attention to each client. Another plus, the place is new so everything is squeaky clean and fresh.”
Patricia | San Francisco
“What a skillful, talented group of instructors! I’m a former dancer with a back injury who wanted to get strong again, but not get injured by taking classes with gung-ho, clueless instructors. I have taken a lot of pilates in the past, and after one class with Stephanie, knew that this was a quality establishment. Miranda is super smart and will make you work muscles you didn’t know that you had. I want to take all of her classes. Kelsey is so skillful and teaches in a way that shows she really cares about her students. Any class with her will make you walk out feeling stronger, longer, and feeling like you got a top-notch work out. Lauren is super motivating with a great sense of humor, and the yoga class I took with her was great and I am still sore from it (I normally don’t even like yoga)! Every class I’ve taken at Maiden Lane, with every instructor, had me walking out feeling like that was time very well spent.”
“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am not a fan or regular “gyms” and prefer more boutique style and this is it! I’m returning to exercising after an injury/surgery and they have taken great care of me. Making sure to adjust accordingly in each of the classes. Kelsey has been so patient and is extremely knowledgeable. She even sent me home with exercises to build up strength in my foot that has helped me heal faster than originally thought.”

“This place is absolutely beautiful! Conveniently located in Union Square with garages near by. Very chic and beautifully designed. I can’t wait to go to the candle lit yoga session. Get your booty barre on!”
Jenise | San Francisco
“I loved this place as soon as I walked in! Clean, spacious and superb location. Booty Barre with Kelsey kicked my A**! I loved the music and the instructor. The first class special rate of $15.00 was a steal! This place is worth checking out!”
Nicole | Los Angeles
“As good as it can get! This studio has the best workouts I’ve experienced by far. Great for before work, lunch hour, afterwards or even a perfect start to your day off. You feel amazing and the instructors are incredible. They know everyone by name pretty much and get into the workouts with you. You can tell they truly love what they do. Kelsey I my favorite, make sure to take her class. The studio is absolutely breath taking with a beautiful energy.”
Michelle | San Mateo
“Love Maiden Lane Studios! The studio has such a great vibe, with beautiful decor and a very zen feeling. The space feels very calming and intimate. I have tried yoga and The Daily Method, but the cool thing about Maiden Lane is variety of classes they offer – try the Booty Barre class for sure!”
Anastasia | Oakland
“Best studio I’ve found in SF! They are super friendly, super talented, super professional teachers and the studio is clean and welcoming. It’s a little expensive but really worth the extra money. I did barre classes and yoga here – they were all fantastic. Especially Naima! Try to go to her early morning classes – there’s usually not many people and it’s a fantastic way to start the day. :)”
Aza | Burlingame
I can’t tell you how much I love this place. We did the Saturday morning barre class with Kelsey and loved it. It’s a total body workout you won’t regret. The studio is clean, the staff are professional and I love the small class sizes. The location is a bit tricky, but we found a garage less than 2 blocks away. My only issue is the distance from my home, otherwise I would be here every chance I could. We walked in a bit nervous, but felt very comfortable almost immediately. Highly recommend!!”
