This week, Kelsey and Naimah demonstrate the way to perform a proper plank and transition to showing you how to perform a plank on the Pilates reformer. The plank is a full body exercise that will challenge your core, arms, back, and legs. Correct body alignment is key to getting the benefits from the plank and avoiding putting stress on your low back. Planks are an excellent strength-building move that you’ll see in the GRGT™ Bootcamp, Pilates classes, and even our Booty Barre® and yoga classes.
