Meditation Workshop: Calm the Crazy

How do we make our life more productive yet less stressful? Have you considered starting or reviving a mediation practice? Take the leap, set the intention and make the commitment to meditate regularly. Join us for our April 7th – Calm the Crazy Workshop. We’ll focus on how to make meditation a daily practice and teach you how to incorporate it into your life. All levels are welcome.
What: In this two hour workshop, you’ll discover what meditation really is and how it works. Lauren Stokes, certified Yoga & Integral Yoga® Meditation teacher, will introduce and guide you through a variety of meditation techniques, help you understand the astounding benefits of meditation, and help you establish your own personal meditation practice. The workshop will also include a gentle yoga asana.

This 2 hour workshop will help you better understand what meditation is, and how use this powerful yet simple tool to better your daily life. Meditation will help you increase happiness, improve your health, and even give you an edge in your professional pursuits.

Policies: Prerequisite: No meditation experience required. The workshop will include a gentle yoga asana – Please dress accordingly. All sales are final. Cancellation Policy: Workshop enrollment must be cancelled 10 days prior to workshop date for an account credit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
