What: In this two hour workshop, you’ll discover what meditation really is and how it works. Lauren Stokes, certified Yoga & Integral Yoga® Meditation teacher, will introduce and guide you through a variety of meditation techniques, help you understand the astounding benefits of meditation, and help you establish your own personal meditation practice. The workshop will also include a gentle yoga asana.

This 2 hour workshop will help you better understand what meditation is, and how use this powerful yet simple tool to better your daily life. Meditation will help you increase happiness, improve your health, and even give you an edge in your professional pursuits.

Cancellation Policy: Workshop enrollment must be cancelled 10 days prior to workshop date for an account credit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
