- How Pilates, barre, and yoga are especially beneficial to expecting moms, helping to strengthen and support the body for upcoming changes during pregnancy
- How to nurture your body before and during pregnancy, including nutrition and supplement recommendations, womb and pelvic floor health, and self-care and stress reduction
*Prerequisites: Please make sure you have permission from your health care provider before beginning any exercise program while pre- or post-natal.
Minimum Registrants: Please note that this workshop will only take place if we have a minimum of 6 registrants by May 20, 2017. If the workshop does not have enough signups by May 20, 2017, we will reschedule the workshop for a future date and refund any registration fees in full.
Cancellation Policy: Workshop enrollment must be cancelled by May 20, 2017 for a studio account credit. Cancellations made on May 21, 2017 or after will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
