Studio Policies

Cancellation Policies:

Appointments: We hold a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all private & duet appointments for Pilates, barre, yoga, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice to avoid penalty.

Classes: Pilates mat, barre, and yoga classes must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 12-hours notice of the class start time to avoid penalty and forfeiture of the class.

Pilates apparatus classes must be cancelled or reschedule with more than 12 hours notice of the class start time to avoid penalty and forfeiture of the class.

If you do not cancel within these time frames or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be responsible for the payment of the session or have a session deducted from your account. Pilates Apparatus Class – Same Day Reschedule Change Policy & Change Fee (for Pilates apparatus classes ONLY): To make a change to a Pilates apparatus class reservation within the 12-hour late cancellation period to another Pilates apparatus class on the same day (subject to availability), we will require a $10 change fee.

Waitlist System & Policies:

If you’ve added yourself to a class waitlist and a spot becomes available with more than 12 hours notice before the class start time, you will automatically be added to the class and notified by email. You have the option of cancelling that class reservation with more than 12 hours notice without penalty.

Please monitory your email or your online account to see if you’ve been added to a waitlist class. Also, please make sure you have a current email address tied to your account and ensure that you are signed up to receive class & appointment notification emails if you use waitlists. Maiden Lane Studios is not responsible for managing your schedule, so please be mindful when signing up for multiple classes and waitlists on the same day.

If a spot becomes available within 12 hours of the class start time, we’ll notify you of the availability and you can decide if you would like to take the space in class.

Please note that if a class is currently fully reserved, you are still welcome to come to the studio to check for last minute availability.

Other Studio Policies:

Instructors’ class and private availability schedules are subject to change.

All sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. Please check the expiration dates of our classes and appointments before purchasing. All 5, 10, 20 packs expire in 1 year (365 days). All new client and single class & appointment options expire in 90 days. New Client options can only be purchased once, but clients may purchase all New Client options available, at any time.

Please turn cell phones to the ‘silent’ position while in the studio.

For safety reasons, please do not bring unsupervised children to the studio.

We provide lockers for your belongings, but are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
