Yoga Foundations Workshop (with Michelle D)

Create a strong foundation for your practice. This 75 minute, workshop-style class gives an introduction to yoga and the fundamentals of a flow class. This class is recommended for those who want to learn more about yoga, fine-tune their practice, and is great for both beginners and long practicing yogis alike. Education and practice is included in the 75 minute class. New students to yoga can also sign up for a private yoga class at MLS.

Yoga Foundations will cover the intricacies of the movements of Sun Salutation A, basic standing and sitting poses, breathing techniques, and teach you how to do them all correctly. By learning proper form and alignment, get more out of your practice while gaining more strength and flexibility.
